Tommy Bowe has returned to his presenting duties on Ireland AM following a well-deserved four-week break away.
Yes, the TV favourite was back on our screens this morning after he took some time off to enjoy a bit of the summer break with his family.
“Back from me hols,” he wrote on his Instagram after sharing a photo of him with his fellow co-presenters on set.
“4 weeks of no 4am wake-up calls!!! Felt good but great to be back with the gang,” added.
During his absence, presenters Kieran Cuddihy, Ray Foley and Sean Defoe all stepped into his shoes to co-host the show with Muireann O’Connell and Alan Hughes.
Muireann also took to Instagram to welcome her pal Tommy back, sharing a video of herself and Tommy messing about in between filming.
“Look at this fella,” she said before Tommy jumped in: “Back from my holliers and look I’m nearly as tanned as you Muireann,” he joked.
“He was just told he had to stand at a different place until his tan fades,” Muireann chimed in.

“He’s too shiny on camera,” she laughed.
Tommy explained he was taking time off from Ireland AM this summer back in July.
Sharing a meme of a family heading off on a car trip on Instagram at the time, he wrote: “Conversation in every family trip right?! Time for a well-needed break. See you in a few weeks.”
It’s nice to have you back Tommy!
