Bigg Boss 18 started last Sunday and is grabbing a lot of attention within a week. Hosted by Salman Khan, fans are already enjoying the drama that’s been happening inside the house. This year, we have contestants like Vivian Dsena, Karanveer Mehra, Chaahat Pandey, Shilpa Shirodkar, and many more. However, what got the audience super excited at the beginning was the news that Nia Sharma is a part of the reality show.
During the finale of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, host Rohit Shetty introduced Nia Sharma as Bigg Boss 18’s first contestant. However, when the show premiered, Nia revealed that she wasn’t part of Salman Khan’s show. A lot of people bashed her for the “publicity” she did. Nia earlier said that it was the channel who asked her to do the same.
Now, in an interview, the Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna actress has gotten candid about the entire Big Boss 18 fiasco. While talking to an entertainment portal, Nia Sharma revealed that it was the Colors channel that asked her to do it. She was told about it very last minutes. The actress was supposed to go for Laughter Chefs integration. But a few days later, the show got cancelled.
“So eventually, when I was supposed to go and I wasn’t supposed to go, the whole thing was to create a buzz, and I think they succeeded very well,” revealed Nia Sharma. Further in this entertainment news, Nia Sharma also told Pinkvilla about the abuses she is getting, despite apologising to her fans. The actress takes it in stride, as she believes it was a beautiful hype and a review of herself she saw after a long time.

Further about the harsh comments, Nia stated, “Other than that, it’s all about my clothes; it’s how I dress up, how naked I am all the time about my cleavage. It’s time we moved on from there, and I think after Laughter Chefs quite a lot has changed.”
