Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s House Finally Hits the Market After Explosive Battle!
Tom Sandoval has officially revealed that his home with Ariana Madix is finally hitting the market!
For over a year, the couple remained in the home, with Tom refusing to sell the property he had meticulously customized, while Ariana yearned to escape the painful memories attached to it. Despite her desire to move on, Tom hoped to buy her out and retain the house.
Their living situation became increasingly strained, as they cohabitated under uncomfortable conditions, communicating solely through their shared personal assistant, Ann Maddox. As Ariana revealed during the Pump Rules Season 10 reunion, they “avoid[ed] run-ins at all costs.”
But now, it seems change is finally on the horizon. On the October 24 episode of his podcast, Everybody Loves Tom, Tom announced, “The house is going on the market… [We’re] selling the house, getting it ready.” He also confirmed plans to move in with his girlfriend of nearly a year, Victoria Lee Robinson.
Back in May 2023, fans were left puzzled by Ariana’s decision to remain in the house with Tom. “I can’t afford to do that,” she explained to the Los Angeles Times, noting her shared financial responsibility for the hefty mortgage.
“I’m not going to shell out more money because of someone else’s sh*t. And I have my dog and my cat, and I’m not gonna leave them there by themselves.”
At a Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premiere event in January 2024, Ariana told People, “I’m just really motivated to be able to get my investment that I made into the house out so that I can make another investment and be able to fully just move on.”
At one point, Tom claimed he had his lawyers draft a letter of intent to buy Ariana out for top market value, but he never received a response. Ariana dismissed his offer, accusing him of “making up dollar amounts” regarding the home’s value.
Additionally, Tom had considered having his friend and business partner, Tom Schwartz, move in and pay rent, but Ariana was against that idea. “He broke the home,” she stated in a VPR interview.
“He doesn’t get to do that and then just like, I don’t know, keep it.”
As the saga unfolds, fans eagerly await the next chapter for Tom and Ariana, now that the home is finally set to hit the market.
