Sean “Diddy” Combs is planning to fight his indictment on federal sex crimes.
His attorney Marc Agnifilo says the entertainer will fight “with all his energy might” outside a courtroom on Tuesday (September 19).
The 54-year-old music mogul faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and kidnapping after being indicted by a grand jury.
His attorney also said that “not a lot of defendants” cooperate so willingly with federal authorities.
