The actress first appeared on Netflix’s The Great Indian Kapil Show with Karan Johar, Vasan Bala, and Vedang Raina. Alia will also be seen on the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 finale, hosted by Rohit Shetty. Speaking of Jigra, it’s an emotional thriller movie highlighting sibling bonds. Alia’s character Satya would do anything to protect and save her younger brother. The trailer for the same will be out soon and the movie is slated to hit theatres on October 11, 2024.

After Jigra, Alia Bhatt will return to work on Shiv Rawail’s film Alpha. Also starring Munjya star Sharvari in the lead role, it’s YRF’s first Indian female spy movie. The actress’ next also includes Love and War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The romantic thriller also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. It is expected to hit theatres in 2026. It will be Alia’s second collaboration with SLB after Gangubai Kathiawadi.
